Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for that project. Neuronix Tech Labs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of a project private and not disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the project.
Limitation of Liability
Neuronix Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
